Smoky Eyes & Nude Lips - How to

Harlotte's one-of-a-kind pencil has it all....smooth, smoky and long lasting.  Forget tracing and retracing your lids, Harlotte's Smudge Eye Pencil gives you a bold black line in a single stroke.  Apply on the upper lash line and lower lash line, then lightly blur with your finger back and forth.  Add lashings of Lash Candy Dramatic Mascara to complete your smoky eye.

Line the lips with either the rich and velvety Naked Beige Lip Pencil or Naked Pink Lip Pencil.  Then apply one of the 12 nude lipsticks and for added glamour finish off with a glaze of Harlotte Lipshine over your lip colour for supersonic sheen.
