All orders are sent through Australia Post. We recommend choosing Express Post as this includes tracking and insurance and guarantees fast delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Dependent on your shipping address, for standard post it may take up to 8 (eight) working days.

To avoid delays in receiving your order, we recommend that you have the parcel delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it. Upon delivery, all orders require a signature. We recommend you use an address where the delivery can be made between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. Remember to provide a detailed address if the parcel is going to a company address.

CUSTOMS FEES

Some particular countries (Canada and the UK for instance) charge Customs fees or import duties on products ordered from overseas. These charges will be the customers’ responsibility.
